Shipping policy

Shipping within Canada
Shipping is free across Canada with purchases of $75 or more before taxes and/or discounts (if applicable).
  • A flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies to all orders under $75.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery time is 1 to 5 business days once the order is shipped.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email (please check your spam or junk folder).
*Some exceptions apply for remote regions such as Nunavut, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories, where shipping fees apply regardless of the order amount.
 
 
Shipping Outside of Canada
Once shipped, international delivery times vary between 14 and 21 business days depending on the destination country. International orders are shipped via Canada Post and its international partners. Brokerage fees and import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees must be paid to your local postal service.
If applicable, no refunds or credits will be issued to customers who refuse to pay customs duties, taxes, or any other import-related charges associated with clearing your order.
Please note: shipping and handling fees for returns or exchanges from outside Canada are at the buyer’s expense.
 
 
 
Lost Packages
In rare cases, a package may be lost in transit. If this happens, please email us or contact us at 514-214-5216 (Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., or between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.).
If a package is reported as lost, rest assured we will follow up promptly. You can also track your order using the link provided in your order confirmation email.
 
 
 
 
Perishable Products
Our policy is to ship products with the furthest possible expiration date from the date of your order. Our goal is to ship items with a shelf life of at least six (6) months, depending on the nature of the product. If we are unable to meet this commitment, we will contact you by email to inform you of the expiration date and ask if you would still like to receive the product.
 
 
 
Damaged Items During Shipping
Développement Alterego Inc. ensures that all items are in perfect condition and properly packaged before shipment to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us by email or at 514-214-5216 (Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., or between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.). We will need photos to process your request for a product replacement.
