Delivery in Canada
Delivery in Canada is free with a minimum purchase of $75 or more before taxes. Our fixed shipping rate for delivery in Canada is $12. The normal delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, except if the item is temporarily out of stock. A tracking number will be provided by email with confirmation of order.
United States (USA) 5 to 10 working days, depending on the region. Shipments to the U.S. will be shipped through Canada Post and its U.S. partners. U.S. Customs generally charges brokerage fees on shipments, these fees are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid to the U.S. Postal Service.
International 7 to 14 working days, depending on the country. International shipments will be shipped through Canada Post and its international partners. Brokerage fees generally apply on international shipments, these fees are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid at the office of the post offices in your country.
If necessary; No refunds or credits will be made for customers who refuse to pay customs duties, taxes and other Free imports in connection with the Customs clearance your order.
Note that shipping and handling costs for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the buyer for orders from international.
It rarely happens that packages are lost during transportation. If this problem should occur, please e-mail us or call us at (450) 339-3757, from Monday to Friday between 9 h and 12 h or between 13 h and 17 h . If a package is lost, please rest assured that we will follow up with Canada Post. You may also follow the status of your order using the link provided in your order confirmation e-mail. Canada Post indicates that a response will be issued within 10 business days following a claim, to advise if the item has been found or if it is definitely lost. If your package has not been found after ten (10) days, we will resend the items for free. You will be updated throughout the process.
Our policy is to ship products that have the longest possible expiry date from the order date. Specifically, our objective is to ship products with an expiry date that is superior to six (6) months, depending on the nature of the product. If we cannot respect this commitment, we will communicate by e-mail to advise you of the available expiry date and ask if you still wish to receive the same product.
