Shipping

Shipping fees apply to all orders under $75 before taxes.

Online orders are generally delivered within 3 to 7 business days.

Order Cancellations

Any cancellation request must be made as soon as possible by contacting us at info@baciplus.com.

A full refund will be issued if the order has not yet been processed.

If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You will then need to refer to our return policy below.

Returns

You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept a return request, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

To request a return, please contact us at info@baciplus.com or complete the return form available further down on this page within 10 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• your order number;
• photos of the product concerned, when applicable;
• a description of the situation or issue.

Once we receive your request, Baci+ will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Return Conditions

All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in good condition.

The product will be inspected at our warehouse before the refund can be approved.

Due to the nature of our products, which are consumer goods, we do not offer exchanges. Any eligible return will therefore be processed as a refund.

Return Shipping Fees and Method

If the return is required due to an error by Baci+ or a defective product, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label so that you can return the package at no cost.

For any return made for a reason that is not attributable to Baci+, including a change of mind, ordering the wrong product or size/format, an incorrect shipping address, or an unclaimed package, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

No package should be returned before contacting Baci+ and receiving return instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The refund will correspond to the price paid for the returned product(s), including applicable taxes.

If shipping fees were paid by the customer at the time of purchase, those fees will be refunded once the return is approved.

If the order qualified for free shipping, the shipping costs originally paid by Baci+ will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once the return has been approved, please allow 2 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account.
