Freezes (without the pre- and probiotic dough)
Ingredients :
- 250 ml (1 cup) of mashed banana
- 1 egg
- 5 ml (1 tsp) cinnamon (optional, do not exceed this quantity)
- 430 ml (1 3/4 cups) of flour whole wheat
- 1 tube of pre- and probiotic paste for dogs
Preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
- In a bowl, mix the mashed banana with the egg and, if desired, the cinnamon.
- Gradually add the flour and stir until you get a ball of dough.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/2 cm (1/4 in).
- Using a bone-shaped cookie cutter, cut 20 to 25 shapes from the dough.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the dough shapes.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the cookies are golden brown.
- Turn off the oven. Let the cookies rest for 1 hour in the oven, with the door ajar, until they are dry and crisp. Remove from the oven and to leave to warm up.
- Decorate the biscuit with pre- and probiotic dough when giving it to the dog.
